Shipping
Shipping is charged per parcel. The size means they are always small parcels rather than letters according to Royal Mail. I post via Royal Mail first or second class and I always send them ‘Signed For’ so I know that they have arrived safely. I only charge about 20-30p extra for the packaging; most of the charge is what Royal Mail have set. If you want to pick up locally, that’s fine and saves you quite a lot.
Refunds & Returns
My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but please get in touch to see what we can do.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
If a refund is due, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Exhanges
No exchanges; please apply for a refund and then purchase the preferred item.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I would recommend Royal Mail Signed For. If the item does not arrive and you have not had it tracked, I cannot refund you.
Taxes
UK VAT rates are charged on items sold in the UK. The prices shown are all inclusive of VAT.
