I have often drooled over the beautiful opals that Kernowcraft sell, but never bought one.
One of them even had an inclusion that looked like Carreg Bica once – I still wish I could have afforded that.
Today I bought two from their limited release – I just couldn’t choose between them.
One reminds me of pawprints and ferns in the snow. The other of a mountain with evergreen leaves dipping into view, with a perfect snowy powder piste stretching out in front.
Can’t wait to work with them!!
And of course to make some more gorgeous wrap rings. The next ones will have seaglass in them, although I do still have some blue chalcedony cabs to work with as well.
Next I need to find a physical stockist! I am too shy to walk into galleries and just ask…
